With over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field, I believe that everyone has the potential to reach their full capacity in life. I have experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, attachment difficulties, sensory processing disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and stress related to life transitions. I have a passion for supporting young adults through the transition to adulthood and parents through the transitions of parenthood.
