I enjoy working with men and women who are struggling with depression or anxiety and those desiring to work through life transitions or relational dynamics. I work specifically with women experiencing challenges in the postpartum period. I have a passion for working with couples to establish healthy marriages where spouses feel valued, heard, and understood by one another. As a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator I also enjoy working with couples in the pre-marital stage looking to establish a strong foundation. In order to attend to a client's overall wellbeing I often integrate my training in health, wellness and nutrition.
