Struggling is a normal part of our lives, and yet many of us try and ignore the emotional pain, and discomfort. One might try and normalize, "it's just a little anxiety" or maybe minimize, "I'm not THAT unstable, I don't need help". The truth is we all need support throughout our life time. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults. I have worked with clients struggling with; depression, anxiety, self-harm, eating disorders, low self-esteem, OCD, and those who have a diagnosis of Autism.
