Welcome! I offer a warm, supportive space where you can be yourself and talk openly about what's going on in your life. I am a licensed therapist (LMFT) with degrees in counseling psychology, human development, and early childhood education. I work with adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship stress, and life transitions. I provide LGBTQIA+- affirming and neurodiversity-affirming care, and I value working with people from many different backgrounds. I offer a safe space to explore and process your thoughts, emotions, and experiences, while building self-awareness and practical tools for daily life. This may include work around boundaries, communication, parenting, women’s issues, and other challenges that can feel overwhelming.
