Sometimes the first step can be the hardest, and I am here to walk along side you as you take those steps. Life can throw many curve balls, and at times we need help coping with the difficulties. As a therapist, I love to help create a space where you can feel comfortable and safe to work through difficulties. I love to help clients process emotions and change thought patterns. I have experience in working with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, history of sexual assault, and parenting. I also offer pre-marital therapy for couples. I would love to chat and see if we are a good fit! I work with individuals and families starting at age five, and have experience in play therapy with children.
