I can help find ways to cope with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress and anger in positive, healthy ways. I use video and in office visits to connect with you where you are comfortable. You can share your difficult and upsetting issues while exploring alternative ways of coping and making sense of it all. We can discuss what has and what hasn't worked well in the past.
