Life is full of uncertainty, change, joy and tragedy. I feel uniquely privileged to bear witness to people's stories. I believe the most important aspect of therapy is creating a safe, compassionate space for people to explore, process and heal. I have special experiences and interests in working with adults with chronic medical illness, caregiver stress, grief, anxiety & depression. I am also a registered telehealth provider in the state of Florida and a member of the Functional Neurological Disorder Society and National Association of Social Workers. Training: Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing & Project Uplift (CBT & mindfulness program for individuals with Epilepsy). Certified in advanced clinical dementia practice & Neuropsychotherapy.
