About
Life can feel heavy, confusing, or out of control—and asking for help can feel just as overwhelming. My goal is to offer a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. I work with children, teens, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma histories, family conflict, relationship concerns, school stress, or big life transitions. My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth. I help clients build practical coping skills, understand their emotions, and make meaningful changes in their daily lives. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Mercer University and my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University.
