Are you tired of the constant internal struggle? Do you feel out-of-control with food or fight with yourself about when, what, and how much to eat or exercise? I work with people grappling with these internal conflicts, whether that looks like binge-eating, restricting, or the places in between. I specialize in working with people with eating disorders, but I welcome anyone who is wanting to work through a difficult relationship with their body, maladaptive perfectionism, trauma, anxiety, and over-control. I will help you build self-compassion, and learn to work with your body, rather than against it.
