Welcome — I’m Bethany, a Licensed Independent Social Worker and the therapist behind Whole Heart Therapy. Together, we explore where these feelings come from with compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for your lived experience. My approach centers on helping you reconnect with your inner wisdom. I listen closely to your story, help you practice self‑validation, and support you in building a more grounded, meaningful relationship with yourself. I believe that healing happens when we integrate the wisdom of the mind, body, heart, and soul.
