Life has a way of dragging people down and leaving them feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, and unable to cope. I am here to help you through those difficult times. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) providing therapy to a variety of populations. I offer counseling for children and adolescents working through trauma, life adjustments, anxiety, and behavioral problems. Recognizing that children get their best start in life from a strong family unit, I work with individuals, couples, and families to repair trust, overcome past traumas and loss, and build healthy relationships.
