I'm Bethany Stapinski, a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) for the State of Florida and the Commonwealth of Virginia. I believe that therapy/counseling is not a one-size-fits-all experience. Every client is unique and has their own individual learning styles, lived experiences, and wants/needs. I tailor my client's sessions in a way that meets their individual wants/needs. I present my clients with the necessary tools/skills to help them achieve their mental wellness goals.
