Do you ever feel like you're running on empty and at a loss for what to do next? You might know you want life to look different, but you're not sure how to get there. Maybe it's your teen who's struggling with depression, anger, or behaviors; your kiddo who can't help but throw fits at the drop of a hat, or can't seem to calm down; or maybe it's you who's struggling with past trauma, overwhelming anxiety, or uncertainty with your relationships. That's something we can figure out together. I am certified in EMDR, NMT, and neurofeedback. Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. We can figure out the right approach for you or your child.
