You don’t have to have everything figured out to start therapy. Life can feel heavy when depression, anxiety, stress, or past experiences begin running the show. You may look “fine” on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, unmotivated, or exhausted on the inside. I’m a licensed mental health counselor who works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, panic, trauma, and life transitions. Together, we’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck and develop practical tools to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and connected to yourself.
