Throughout our therapeutic journey, I invite you to join me in growing and learning about yourself within the safe space we create together. With my client centered approach, you will always be the priority in our work together. My goal is to be genuine and honest with you at all times. In my career and personal life, I have discovered that my heart is centered in working with young adults navigating career choices, the anxiety of the transition to adulthood and building healthy relationships; as well as guiding parents through the challenges of parenthood, pregnancy and postpartum. My experience as a school counselor for 6 years was the foundation for my love of young adulthood and the challenges faced in those times that aren’t spoken of enough. Now, as a mom of two young children I found a second passion of supporting individuals through parenthood, pregnancy and postpartum.
