I specialize in providing compassionate, empathetic therapy for adults and teenagers (18+) dealing with anxiety, compulsive behaviors, substance use disorders, depression, and trauma. If you're struggling with patterns of thinking, feeling, or behaving that you'd like to change—whether it’s managing compulsions, overcoming addictions, or breaking the cycle of people-pleasing at the expense of your own well-being—I’m here to support you. My approach is grounded in creating a safe space where you feel heard and validated, and we work to process your past while setting the foundation for a healthier future. I truly believe that healing and personal growth are within reach—and together, we can uncover your inner strengths and work toward a sense of wholeness. I use a variety of tools and therapies including Internal Family Systems, Attachment theory, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and Solution Focused Therapy.
