My approach is relational, humanistic, and compassionate. I strive to create a collaborative, safe, and inclusive environment rooted in a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive framework. I use an eclectic treatment style, tailoring therapeutic modalities to each client’s unique needs. My journey into social work has been shaped by diverse experiences, including a Master’s in Special Education and time as a high school teacher, which strengthened my ability to connect with clients. I am also a certified RYT 200 yoga teacher, integrating mindfulness and holistic strategies into my work.
