I provide brief family coaching with parents or caregivers only to help address reactive behavior and trauma or stress responses in the daily routine. I help famiIies find a more regulated way to address problems like anxiety, depression, traumatic events, school stressors with children with teens and adults of all ages to learn creative ways of managing daily stress. We use art, sensory and movement practices to better tolerate feelings and demands at home, in school or at work.
