I specialize in working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma. I believe in my clients resilience and ability to self determine what works for them. Every client has their own strengths and needs, which I help them to identify and work to address to help them feel empowered. Working together we will help you achieve the identified treatment goals to find more peace and happiness in your daily life. I am a licensed clinical social worker, trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Sand Tray, ERP, Brain Spotting and EMDR. I work with clients to learn new skills to address distress tolerance, coping skills, thought skills and self esteem to help in finding peace. I am a registered clinical supervisor with the AZBBHE.
