I strive to create a space for you to freely explore whatever thoughts and feelings are on your mind, without fear of judgement or pressure. My style is warm and compassionate and I have a light hearted sense of humor which I interject into sessions when appropriate. I believe it is important to establish a collaborative relationship, and we will work together to help you to identify and reach your treatment goals. My practice focuses on helping individuals and families overcome the challenges of family conflict, parenting, anxiety, depression and major life changes. I specialize in working with children and families of divorce.
