As human beings, being connected is one of our primary needs. When we lose connection (for some it never happened in the beginning); life seems to spiral in uncomfortable directions. Fear, anxiety, relationship conflict, loneliness, depression, and grief make it difficult to find purpose; to develop sustainable relationships; and to navigate our complicated lives. For fifteen years, my passion has been Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT). Seven of those years, I worked within a Comprehensive team. My graduate training is in Marriage and Family Counseling; and I have completed Level 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy which I use in my work with couples.
