My ideal client is any person struggling emotionally with anxiety, depression, identity issues and family conflicts. These are just a few of my passions in assisting clients to learn skills for a more emotionally fulfilled life. This begins by improving self-worth and self-esteem through setting attainable goals geared to each individual needs in order to reach their potential self. Life can be puzzling at times and a challenge to learn how to put the pieces back together in a functional way where you can "Thrive" and not just survive.
