I am a licensed psychologist and combat veteran. I blend these worlds to offer a warm, direct approach with gentle challenges and goal-oriented movement. Additionally, I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship. It is my goal to spend time cultivating a space where you feel heard, seen, accepted, supported, challenged, and celebrated. Although my clinical background varies across populations, my passion is working with adults who have experienced prolonged childhood trauma and who are subsequently seeking healing and change for their current lives.
