At Beyond Therapy we help individuals who are overwhelmed, lacking purpose, depressed, anxious and struggling with low self-worth. We serve these individuals by helping them discover purpose for their life while teaching healthy coping skills and psycho-education. My name is Ashley Willis and I am a motivated and passionate clinical therapist with over 9 years of experience using a wide range of therapeutic techniques such as CBT and strengths based prospective. I also enjoy integrating spirituality into my therapeutic practice with my client’s consent.
