Direct, authentic, growth-focused therapy — that’s what you can expect when working with me. I create a space where you can be fully yourself, do the important work of therapy, and make meaningful progress. My goal is to challenge you to step out of old patterns and move toward real growth. As a military spouse of an active-duty service member, I love working with service members and their spouses who are navigating how to balance duty, family, identity, and the stress of constant change. I am also passionate about helping adults outside of the military community who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, or life transitions.
