I have been working in the mental health field for over 19 years. I have experience working with a diverse group of clients to include military, civilians and veterans. I served on active duty as an enlisted member and as an officer. I am direct and transparent. I believe in client focused care. What does this mean? I will do everything I can to help you identify needs and goals but I also have an expectation for the client to be engaged in their care by being honest and completing/trying methods assigned. I take a teamwork approach and will give my best and expect the same.
