If you struggle with addiction issues and related poor expression of anger and poor autonomic nervous sytem health and function, we may be a good fit. I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of San Diego in Business Administration and my Master’s Degree in Addiction Counseling from Grand Canyon University. I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP). I encourage clients to achieve and maintain a proper recovery life balance . I am a big believer in “Living in Integrity” to help clients build self-esteem.
