I am a psychologist who provides treatment for clients addressing depression, anxiety, and other common psychological concerns. I also work with clients who are navigating significant life, career, relationship, and health transitions. My goals in therapy are to establish a strong therapeutic relationship as patients develop insight and perspective into their problems, and to help patients connect with who and what matter, all in the service of helping patients lead more productive and rewarding lives.
