With more than 22 years of experience in the mental health field, I specialize in supporting individuals facing challenges with substance use, addiction medicine, and trauma. My work spans all aspects of mental health counseling, including both adults and young adults. I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
