Life can be overwhelming, with many challenges. I believe that knowledge and clarity are the key elements when confronting challenges in life and in relationships. I work with my clients to develop a clear self-awareness about their role in life and how they function in different situations. My objective is to help the clients understand themselves, their actions, and their motivations. Throughout the session, I create a warm and supportive atmosphere that feels safe and secure, allowing the clients to work through their challenges with comfort. I work well with individuals, couples, parenting and singles who are navigating dating.
