Thank you for visiting! I have 16 yrs of experience and specialize in treating individuals with depression and bipolar disorder. I help my clients learn about their mental health challenges, to develop successful techniques to manage their symptoms and most importantly foster a growth that catapults them into defying supposed limitations and ultimately thriving! I know the magic of this transformation firsthand as I have been living and thriving with bipolar disorder myself!
