Finding the right therapist for you is important. In order to know if I might be the right fit for you, here are a few things about me and my work with clients. I enjoy supporting clients on their healing journey. The types of clients I have the most experience working with would be individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I work with both children and adults. My main approach to treatment is EMDR therapy.
