My bias is that being able to speak freely and without fear of judgement or repercussion is essential to mental and emotional well-being. I make space for the unsightly transmission of experience, the ungainly communication, the awkwardness and discomfort of authentic relationship. I help people find the voice they didn't know was there, and that may have been communicating through confusing and even harmful behaviors. I will hold a container for you to explore that voice and perhaps discover the basic goodness and humor underneath all the noise and annoying chatter.
