Many of my clients feel overwhelmed by their emotions, relationships, or life transitions. They may struggle with anxiety, overthinking, self-doubt, past relationship wounds, or difficulty setting boundaries. Some feel “stuck” in repeating patterns — giving too much, people-pleasing, or losing themselves in others. They want peace in their mind, clarity in their decisions, and healthier connections. Most are not broken — they are exhausted from coping alone and want to better understand themselves, regulate emotions, and feel more secure in who they are and the life they are building. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, emotional regulation, trauma responses, and relationship patterns. My approach combines insight-based therapy, coping skills, and practical tools. I believe in the potential of all my clients. Together, we explore your strengths, identify unhelpful patterns, and build healthier ways of thinking.
