As a clinical mental health counselor, I believe the relationship between client and therapist is the most important part of the process. It is imperative that client(s) can trust me, and I provide a safe place for my clients to let themselves be vulnerable. I offer a judgement free atmosphere where my clients can grow and learn how to be the best version of themselves, to recognize their strengths and enhance coping skill using various modalities. I work with adults and adolescents.
