As an integrative psychotherapist, I work at the intersection of western psychology and eastern practices, bringing a variety of tools—talk, EMDR, mindfulness, art therapies, and CBT. I have experience in anti-oppression, social justice practice and I employ principles of empowerment and liberation with a range of clients across age, race, ethnicity, culture, disability, sexual orientation, and gender identity, supporting people to gain a deeper understanding of their struggles, while working through them in the here-and-now.
