Our experiences and our growth within those experiences, is what makes us unique. Learning to embrace the process is what makes us blossom in that process; everyday is a new opportunity to grow. Whether we are experiencing grief, trying to manage life with our experiences with trauma, suffering from depression and/or anxiety, working towards a healthy relationship with our spouse while trying to provide a healthy environment for our children and ourselves, we all experience growth differently. What we do with those experiences and how we choose to embrace them, that is our story.
