We all have times where we need someone to listen. Sometimes, we don't even know why we feel unsettled. We are not broken or need to be fixed. We have the capacity to heal inside of ourselves. My job is to assist clients to find that voice inside, that "self" leadership that is our best guidance to our authentic self. I believe therapy is a parallel process where I walk next to you and I hold the space for your healing. Our work together is an opportunity for you to find your true north.
