I believe the development of a secure and collaborative relationship is the most important aspect of the work I do with clients. Working from a strengths-based and relational perspective in a trauma informed manner, I have experience working with youth, families, and adults using a multi-theoretical approach including Attachment theory, Cognitive-Behavioral theory, Family Systems, Narrative therapy, Internal Family systems, Somatic techniques, and art therapy techniques. I am also trained in Surf Therapy for Trauma Recovery and strive to integrate ecotherapy models into my practice with clients in the beautiful North Coast area.
