I am committed to supporting clients as they move toward healing and personal growth. My professional experience includes working with individuals across the lifespan from diverse backgrounds who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, grief, domestic violence, trauma, and difficulties with self-regulation. In this work, I have consistently witnessed the resilience and inner strength people possess. I am particularly drawn to working with couples and with individuals navigating performance concerns, eating disorders, and healing from sexual abuse. I am committed to fostering a supportive, and empathetic environment in which clients feel seen, heard and valued. I believe strongly in the transformative impact of authentic therapeutic connection and in showing up fully to support clients throughout their healing journey. By integrating evidence based practices, I aim to to promote meaningful change.
