I am a licensed professional counselor who strives to incorporate balance into my practice and daily life. Balance is sought by each individual and entails a holistic process regardless of age. I am intrigued by behaviors that involve self-sabotage and learned helplessness in addition to exploring the power of thoughts and their effect on human behavior and feelings. My natural curiosity of how others think, behave and respond to external stimuli was reinforced when I lived in Japan for nearly 2 years.
