I know what it feels like to be stuck in my head. I'm here because I deeply believe in the ability of therapeutic relationships to help us navigate this wild and precious life. I work with teens, adults, and some children to create a cozy, safe space where we can authentically collaborate to work towards their therapeutic goals. I believe in honoring you as a whole, interconnected being, looking at the contexts in which you live and come from as an integral part of the therapeutic process. I promise to meet you where you are with empathy that’s real, communication that’s clear, and a therapeutic space that invites authenticity. My approach is goal-oriented, warm and direct: no sugarcoating but zero judgment. From an intersectional lens, I tailor my approach to my clients while holding them accountable. I am passionate about facilitating and participating in community-oriented spaces where people from diverse backgrounds can find refuge, building the skills to thrive.
