You might be exhausted from masking all day, holding everything together for everyone else and crashing as soon as you are alone. Maybe you are a queer and/or neurodivergent adult or parent, overwhelmed by sensory overload, decision fatigue or feeling like you are “too much” and “not enough” at the same time. You want space to understand yourself, unlearn shame and build a life that fits your brain, body, values and relationships—not just what others expect from you. I specialize in working with queer and trans adults, neurodivergent folks, and parents facing burnout, masking, trauma, and body-image or food struggles. Together we might use narrative, somatic, parts, or liberation-focused approaches to explore your stories, calm your nervous system, and gently experiment with new ways of relating to yourself and others.
