My ideal client is a motivated individual struggling with life stress, symptoms of anxiety and depression, difficult life transitions, grief, and chronic illness. I won't pretend to know exactly what you are going through, but I will seek understanding and work with you to heal and to accomplish goals. I will show up for you and I expect you to do the same. If this sounds like you, please reach out to see if I am a good fit. I offer tabletop role playing game (TTRPG) support groups in 4 week rotations. They are open to adults and it is preferred if participants are neurodivergent or have diagnosed ADHD, but it is not necessary. I spent over 11 years as a medical social worker providing case management services in the hospital and for a health insurance company and have been a therapist since September of 2023. I have knowledge of chronic illness and can empathize with feelings of fear, uncertainty, and loss of independence.
