I work with clients seeking better quality of life. Many of my clients have experienced significant hardship and pain from traumatic experiences. Others recognize that they are not experiencing the fullness of joy in their work, relationships or families. They all come to realize that while they might not have power to change everything in their world, they do have tools and power to change some things. My clients grow to develop and utilize skills and habits to bring about positive, healthy changes in their experiences.
