I'm a licensed clinical psychologist, and I believe that providing a safe and supportive environment fosters alliance and trust within the therapeutic relationship. My goal as a therapist is to help my clients achieve their goals whether that includes easing symptoms of depression or anxiety, working through difficult issues (current or past), increasing coping skills, increasing self-esteem, and/or identifying what's next in life. I am also trained and certified in EMDR.
