Hi, I'm Bonnie! I'm a Licensed professional counselor in Arizona and New Jerey. I received a master's degree in Professional counseling ,and spent over ten years working with dual diagnosis clients. I specialize in working with adults dealing with trauma, substance use disorders, relationship issues, personality disorders, low self-esteem, anxiety and depression. My approach is flexible and tailored to your unique needs, blending Post-Induction Therapy, CBT, DBT, and a compassionate, person-centered approach. During the first session we'll explore what led you to treatment, what you hope to gain from this experience, and your goals. We'll discuss barriers to meeting your goals in the past and collaborate on how to accomplish them now.
