They are seeking insight, practical strategies, and a supportive therapeutic relationship that helps them feel more grounded and connected. My approach is integrative and draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques, Person-Centered Therapy, and psychoeducation. I also bring an extensive background working with individuals with disabilities, which has deepened my understanding of the unique challenges faced by more vulnerable and underserved populations.
