Currently only accepting virtual clients! You've got your life together. People are always commenting, "How do you do it all?" But inside, you're slowly coming apart. You can't sleep because of the endless to-do list scrolling your mind. You know you need help because the idea of relaxing or getting control stresses you out more. I'm here to tell you not only is it okay to need help, but helping people uncover what's underneath that stress and find joy in life again is my jam. My favorite clients are those motivated to make lasting change. Those who feel like life is okay, but they know it could be better!
