I specialize in working with children and adolescents. I absolutely love my job and feel deeply honored to work with each and every one of my clients. Depending on the client's needs I use a combination of Solution Focused Therapy, CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, art based therapy, creative expression, and/or play therapy. Anxiety, autism, ADHD, AUDHD, PTSD/CPTSD, life changes, depression, and chronic illness are some of the presenting challenges that I work with. Prior to private practice I was a school based counselor in Southern Maine. I've also written and published books with Jessica Kingsley Publishers/Hachette about creative ways for youth to express themselves and cope with multiple challenges.
